Dr. Lydia received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Taylor University in 2010 and her Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic - Florida Campus in 2013. Dr. Lydia is passionate about constantly expanding her knowledge base and has received many additional certifications following the completion of her doctoral program, including Graston Technique, Dry Needling, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization. Additionally, she recently completed a Master of Science in Sports Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University and became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner. Dr. Lydia also works with the Forward Thinking Chiropractic Alliance, helping to promote ethical, patient-centered, evidence-informed care and continuing education.

Dr. Pfeffer is originally from the Chicagoland area. She attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received her B.S. in Kinesiology, emphasis in Athletic Training with Honors, while simultaneously completing the Athletic Training Education Program. She became a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) in 2009 and has maintained certification since then. She then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida, where she focused her studies on active care & sports. After graduating in 2013, she received certifications in Active Release Technique Full Body, Complex Protocols & Biomechanics, Graston Technique, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Trigger Point Dry Needling, and Neurofunctional Dry Needling via McMaster University’s Contemporary Acupuncture Program. Recently, she completed her Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician program, following it up by receiving her Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. She has also been published and presented at the American College of Sports Medicine’s Annual Symposium.
